Babel Javascript

Babel, in the context of Javascript, refers to a Javascript compiler (often called a transpiler). Its primary purpose is to transform modern JavaScript code (e.g., ECMAScript 2015+ or ES6+) into a backwards-compatible version that can e understood and executed by older browsers or environments that may not fully support the latest language features.

Active database concept

An active database is a type of datbase in which a certain activities (actions) are performed based on the events. The decision to run an action is determined by a trigger which is a condition that need to be passed in order to perfrom the defined action.

Electron Framework

“Electron is a free and open-source software framework developed and maintained by OpenJS Foundation. The framework is designed to create desktop applications using web technologies that are rendered using a version of the Chromium browser engine and a back end using the Node.js runtime environment.”

model.sync in sequelize

When you define the model in a database schema, you are telling few things but what in the cases where the table don’t exist, has different or less columns.
model.sync() is the solution of this problem. It helps to create corresponding tables defined in schema.

Circular Dependency

In software engineering, a circular dependency is a relation between two or more modules which either directly or indirectly depend on each other to function properly. Such modules are also known as mutually recursive.

SSH

The Secure Shell (SSH) protocol is a method for securely sending commans to a comptuer over an unsecured netwrok. SSH uses cryptop graphy to authenticate and encrypt connections between devices. SSH also allows for tunneling, or port forwarding, which is when data packets are able to cross networks that they would not otherwise be able to cross. SSH is often used for controlling servers remotely, for managing infrastructure, and for transferring files.
